Cancellations are subject to the policy as set by OQDO INTERNATIONAL LLP:

Brief:

  • Users/Enthusiasts are entitled to a full Order Fee refund for cancellations made within the Refundable Cancellation Period. The Cancellation period is set by each service provider with a limit of 0 to 48hrs.
  • Users/Enthusiasts may cancel sessions after the Refundable Cancellation Period and receive a full Order Fee refund under extenuating circumstances (No Show from Coach or Inclement Weather). Users/Enthusiasts must initiate this cancellation process within 2 hours of the booked oqdo service’s start time, subject to the other party’s review.
  • A No Show from the User/Enthusiast for a booked session without prior cancellation within the Refundable Cancellation Period will remain non-refundable.
  • Service Providers can cancel bookings within the Refundable Cancellation Period, ensuring a total Order Fee refund for the User/Enthusiast.
  • Cancellations by Service Providers after the Refundable Cancellation Period will be reviewed by OQDO INTERNATIONAL LLP, with prohibitions on cancellations within 2 hours before the session’s start time.
  • Slot timing changes require cancelling the original booking and creating a new one. This should be initiated during the Refundable Cancellation Period for Users/Enthusiasts to get a full Order Fee refund.

Definitions:

  1. Order Fee (inclusive of Booking Charge & Service Charge):

    The User/Enthusiast is subject to pay 10% of the full stated order amount (to be set by the Service Provider) via the App when booking an oqdo service. This acts as an “Order Fee” to bind and confirm the relevant booking with the Service Provider.

    The Order Fee consists of:

    1. Booking Charge: 5% of the full stated order amount, which is sent to the Service Provider and is subtracted from the full stated order amount for final payment.
    2. Service Charge: 5% of the full stated order amount, which constitutes as the fee OQDO INTERNATIONAL LLP charges for utilising the oqdo platform

    The entire Order Fee is counted towards the full stated order amount, therefore, the User/Enthusiast is obliged to pay the remaining 90% (remaining balance of the full state order amount after deducting the Order Fee) of the full stated order amount directly to the Service Provider once the session is completed.

    This should be completed outside of the App via appropriate means explicitly agreed upon by the User/Enthusiast and Service Provider, including but not limited to cash, direct bank transfer and other relevant payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, PayNow, etc).

  2. Refundable Cancellation Period:

    The Refundable Cancellation Period is defined as the time period prior to the start of a booked oqdo service that the User/Enthusiast may cancel the service to acquire a full refund of the total paid Order Fee. This period can be adjusted by the Service Provider based on their discretion with a limit between 0 and 48h before their session slots are set to begin.

    If a cancellation is initiated by the User/Enthusiast after the relevant Refundable Cancellation Period, refunds to the initiator will only apply for extenuating circumstances such as a No Show from the Service Provider and/or Inclement Weather. Otherwise, the Order Fee will remain paid out to the Service Provider.

    NOTE: No Shows are only applicable cancellation reasons (from the User/Enthusiast’s side) when pertaining to sessions booked with Coaches.

Refund Amount & Time:

Cancellations can be initiated by Users/Enthusiasts themselves on their bookings in-app. The refund amount due will be displayed prior to seeking confirmation of the cancellation. The refund amount will be credited back into the User/Enthusiast’s account, to the same source through which the payment was made, within 7 working days, after initiating the cancellation.

Detailed Stipulations:

For Users/Enthusiasts:

  1. You are able to receive a full refund of your Order Fee if:
    • A class/session is cancelled in the Refundable Cancellation Period, as set by a Service Provider, prior to the start time of the original booking.
    • A class/session is cancelled after the Refundable Cancellation Period due to extenuating circumstances such as:

      • No Show from the Service Provider (only relevant for sessions booked with Coaches)
      • Inclement Weather

        Both of these cancellation scenarios (No Show & Inclement Weather) can only be initiated once the booked session has started and within 2 hrs of the session start time. Such cancellation will be subject to a review with the Service Provider to ensure the cancellation claim is accurate.

  2. Any other cancellations initiated beyond the above stated, will be non-refundable.
  3. A change in slot timing with the same Service Provider must be initiated through a cancellation of the original booking, followed by a new booking. This cancellation should be initiated during the Refundable Cancellation Period in order to receive the full Order Fee paid for the original booking.
  4. You may prompt the Service Provider to cancel the session if a slot change is required to be made after the Refundable Cancellation Period has ended up to 2h before the original start time of the session to be eligible for a refund. Any and all cancellations initiated by the Service Provider after the Refundable Cancellation Period will be subject to review by OQDO INTERNATIONAL LLP.

Any disputes about the timelines, occurrence and quality of a class/session should be handled directly with the Service Provider.

For Coaches/Facilities:

  1. Any and all cancellations initiated by the Service Provider within the Refundable Cancellation Period will lead to a direct refund of the total Order Fee back to the User/Enthusiast.
  2. Any and all cancellations initiated by the Service Provider after the Refundable Cancellation Period will be subject to review by OQDO INTERNATIONAL LLP.
  3. ou will additionally be unable to cancel a session up to 2h before the start of a booked slot.
  4. If there is a No Show from the User/Enthusiast without prior cancellation, the Booking Charge will remain paid out to you as per the Terms & Conditions.
  5. If a cancellation is initiated from the User/Enthusiast due to a No Show from yourself and/or due to Inclement Weather, you will be prompted by the App to corroborate this claim so that the Order Fee can be refunded to the User/Enthusiast.

Any disputes about the timelines, occurrence and quality of a class/session should be handled directly with the User/Enthusiast.
